In addition, a retired banker from Numerica Financial Corporation (Merchants Bank) in Manchester, NH. At Numerica, Mr. Ducharme served as a Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. As the Chief Financial Officer responsibilities included all financial matter of the bank holding company and its bank subsidiaries including financial investments, shareholder relations, treasury management, accounting and human resources. Prior to his banking career he was an auditor with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Boston, MA. He a graduate from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University with a master's in finance; and Southern New Hampshire University. In addition, he is a certified public accountant (ret.), and a financial advisor (ret.) in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
